Ritz Carlton in Dove Mountain is the crème de la crème of resorts. Ritz Carlton is a five star resort and they will create the champagne wedding of your dreams. The vivid desert hues and endless views will have you at hello. This resort lends itself to adventure and serenity. Yes, it is a wedding venue, but you can create a whole week of adventure for your wedding party and guests.
If you hear a flute sound in the distance around dusk, you are not hallucinating from the heat. It is a Native American artist standing high on a rock formation playing classical soulful flute harmony from his ancestors. It is soothing to the soul. Ask the concierge about the petroglyphs. These petroglyphs are real life archaic rock art from hunting camps that are thousands of years old. Jon and Georgina actually photographed the rock art before the Ritz Carlton was built.
Ritz Carlton has so many fun activities if your guest stay at the resort. Our favorite with our grand girls is Ranger Rick with the Ritz Ranger program. Children learn about desert critters and may even get to hold a snake or pet a turtle. Then the slide at the swimming pool is a big hit. We stay cation at the Ritz with our family and spend all day pool side, sipping margaritas.
There are several locations to choose from for the ceremony and reception. You can not go wrong with any choice. Tortolita Foothills or the Wild Burro Canyon are near by and might be the view for you.
Something Blue loves to photograph and stay at the Ritz Carlton. We recommend you check it out too. We think it will be perfect for you! If you do not get married here, please do yourself a favor and stay there for a weekend.
